I start with the problem, not the technology. I map constraints, identify tradeoffs, and design systems that balance cost, scalability, and team capability. I've architected SaaS platforms, multi-platform integration engines, AI-driven products, and offline-first systems, always with long-term maintainability in mind.

I guide but never take over. I trust teams to grow by creating environments where asking for help is normal, not a weakness. I've designed delivery frameworks from scratch when textbook methodologies didn't fit, and I protect teams from scope creep by forcing tradeoff conversations with stakeholders — scope swaps, never scope additions.

I remain close enough to the code to guide architecture decisions, review pull requests, unblock developers, and build features myself when needed. My hands-on background in PHP/Symfony, React, and Node.js means I can assess what's technically feasible, suggest simpler approaches, and deliver alongside the team instead of managing from a distance.
